National Board of Chiropractic Examiners' Exam
The NBCE administers practical and written examinations at chiropractic colleges all over the world.

The registration requirements and fees vary according in different States. The State level organization usually issues a guide which contains information about the application fee and exam locations and times.
The requirements for this exam are 90 semester hours of pre-chiropractic college unless enrolled in Chiropractic College, clear criminal background check, complete application with proof of claims before the stated deadline, evidence of good moral character, complete set of fingerprints from law enforcement agencies among others, as may vary according to states.

This exam has four parts:
- Part I, which covers six basic science subjects – general anatomy, physiology, chemistry, spinal anatomy, pathology, and microbiology.
- Part II which deals with clinical subjects like general diagnosis, diagnostic imaging, principles of chiropractic, neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis, chiropractic practice, and associated clinical sciences.
- Part III basically entails history, physical examination, roentgen logic examination, neuromusculoskeletal examination, diagnosis or clinical impression, chiropractic techniques, supportive techniques and case management, clinical laboratory and special studies examination.
- Part IV covers studies related to chiropractic technique, x-ray interpretation and diagnosis, and case management skills.
Two electives tests are also administer by the NBCE, physiotherapy and acupuncture.
After the NBCE exam is successfully completed, a "Certificate of Attainment" is given. The practitioners are required to meet individual state or international requirements.
