Oncology Certified Nurse Exam (OCN) Test Preparation
The Oncology Certified Nurse Examination is managed and conducted by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC). The credential recognizes and endorses nurses who have achieved competency in the basic level of cancer nursing.
Exam Registration
• Or apply online at http://www.oncc.org/Registration/default.aspx. The application must be completed in one-sitting and it takes about 15 minutes to complete.
Exam Details
• The exam is computer-based and held 4 times a year in January, April, July and October. It is offered once a year in a paper-and-pen format.
• 145 multiple-choice questions, scored on site at the end of the exam.
• 20 pre-test multiple-choice questions are included but not scored.
• The non-scored questions are not distinguishable from the scored questions
• The exam is 3 hours long.
