•  You must have a minimum score of 20 on the MCC Placement test.
     •  You must have a minimum of 23 in Mathematics.
     •  You must have basic computer skills.

     •  The examination is held four times a year, usually in January, May, July and August.
     •  The exam may be  in computerized format or a traditional pen-and- paper format depending on the school you are applying to.

     •   The exam is divided into the following three sections:
     •  English - Punctuation, grammar, spelling and sentence structure
     •  Math - The math portion focuses on percentages, ratios, equations, metric conversion, fractions and decimals
     •  Reading - The reading section covers health related topics and focuses on the following skills: reading rate, critical thinking, inferences and conclusions
     •  You are usually given about 1.5 hours to complete each section.
     •  The exam questions are all multiple-choice
     •  You will be first scored for the each individual section and then given an overall score.
