Taking the National Registry Of Radiation Protection Technologists (NRRPT)?
The National Registry Of Radiation Protection Technologists (NRRPT) was established in 1976 with sponsorship from the American Board of Health Physics and the Health Physics Society. The NRRPT exam is used to certify Radiation Protection Technologists practitioners.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
• Candidates must posses a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Candidates must have acquired at least 5 years experience. Candidates who have undergone training may be considered if they can provide proof of training to the board

Group submissions by a company or faculty are allowed
• The exam comprises of 150 multiple choice questions
• The exam is timed for 4 hours
• Exam questions fall three main content topics, Applied Radiation Protection, Detection and Measurement and fundamentals
