Taking the Certification Exam for Nutrition Support Clinicians?
The Certification Examination for Nutrition Support Clinicians is organized and administered by the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, Inc. (NBNSC). The Certification Examination for Nutrition Support Clinicians is conducted at several hundred PSI/LaserGrade computer test sites across the US and Canada.
Candidates must be:
a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the US or Canadian Commission on Dietetic Registration
a Registered Nurse (RN) in Canada or the US
a licensed Pharmacist in Canada or the US
a licensed doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or doctor of medicine (MD) in Canada or the US
a registered Physician Assistant in Canada or the US
Candidates are also recommended to posses at least 2 years nutritional support experience in addition to their certificate or license
To register candidates should download the registration application forms
Completed forms should be sent along with payment and other necessary documents to
